(pronounced: oh-muh-kaa-say) : Literally translated, this phrase means "I leave it up to you," and is most commonly used in Japanese restaurants where the customer leaves it up to the chef to select and serve seasonal specialties, allowing the customer to focus entirely on their guests to be fully present and in the moment.
